Return and Exchange

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note, you will be required to pay return shipping charges if you want an exchange or refund that was not the error of TeaDuctive.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
TeaDuctive is not responsible for Lost, Stolen, Mis-Routed or Undelivered shipments or those seized by Customs.
TeaDuctive is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by customers online. Duplicate orders are subject to all the guidelines in the Return Policy.
Open food items that have been opened or have a broken seal cannot be returned. Items returned to us after 30 days of the initial purchase date and/or without contacting TeaDuctive before the return, will NOT be refunded.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns of opened products for a refund.
If the returned product is open upon arrival, we will not honor any previously approved refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you refuse to accept your package because there is obvious damage to the package or the items in the package, you can request a replacement.
If your package is returned to our company because the address was entered incorrectly or the package was unclaimed, we will gladly reship the package. There will be a $6.00 reshipment fee.
If the package is refused by the recipient there will be a $6.00 restocking fee subtracted from the refund amount.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
